Stephen has years of experience not only as an Inspector but as a successful renovator, interior finisher, roofing professional and contracting consultant.
Stephen Duncan has extensive education, certifications and training in the field of home and building inspections. He has completed the coveted Building Science Certificate Program at the University of Toronto achieving an average mark of over 80%. Stephen is committed and participates in a variety of critical and relevant continuing education programs.
